The latest confirmed development in the treeline survey is that a limited trial begins without replacing the older record. The update comes from the northern ridge survey path; the existing arrangement remains in force until the board closes this window.
Talan Venn, survey lead for the ridge circle, confirmed 32 survey points paired with a date and weather reading in the file. The previous window recorded 28; the totals do not settle whether the line moved because of regeneration, an older map error or a different survey method.
The unresolved point is specific: The current transect records a wider canopy. Older notes were taken from a lower path and cannot be compared without adjustment. No final outcome has been posted before the scheduled decision.
Residents and staff continue under the current schedule while the review is open.
NEXT UPDATE: The Year fifth, budbreak window 3 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The survey circle will publish a crosswalk between the old path and the new transect. A fresh window will use a new date and source record.
