A review of the room rota and pupil attendance marks finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the lesson room at West Root School. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: one route to the school is closed while a canopy branch is supported.

The the room rota and pupil attendance marks lists 59 lessons held when both teacher and route are available; the previous window lists 60. Sylva Reed checked both against field transects paired with the season and location of each reading. The source was checked against a second copy held by Lyra Ash. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.

Teachers prefer a fixed room and hour. Families on the outer path need a later start when the branch walk is closed. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.

This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how to keep lessons available when the safest route changes with a repair.

An independent reader compares the copy with the source record. The Year third, canopy height window 1 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The school table will compare attendance under a second start time for one season.
