Start with map copies, spoken-name notes and the public search index. It is the source used to decide how a public map can carry both names without confusing travelers; it is not the decision itself. The rule only works if the source describes conditions at the map table at Lethariel’s west archive.
Known: the current file counts 72 entries with a source and a searchable local variant, compared with 73 in the prior window. Anew seasonal file opens with a named site and a dated measure. The entries have dates and a named clerk.
Disputed: Mappers favor one printed label. Residents want the name used at home to remain searchable. One side emphasizes the posted total; the other points to one bend is named differently by the river circle and the west hall.
Why it matters: the decision determines which residents can rely on the service and which staff must carry out the change. The file does not settle that by itself.
Next: The Year first, seedfall window 2 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The index will display a primary label and link the local form to the same place record.
