A review of the stage calendar and the groups’ rehearsal requests finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the shared stage at Hazel Hall. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: a new sound screen changes the return heard from the back seats.

The the stage calendar and the groups’ rehearsal requests lists 91 public nights with a rehearsal period attached; the previous window lists 87. Sylva Reed checked both against field transects paired with the season and location of each reading. The source was checked against a second copy held by Lira Ash. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.

The calendar favors equal nights. Performers ask for rehearsal time matched to the room’s acoustics. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.

This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how to share a stage while preserving time for groups to test a new arrangement.

Alimited trial begins without replacing the older record. The Year third, canopy height window 1 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The hall will trial a rehearsal note beside each public booking.
